| Message: | Good afternoon, I have attached the annual compliance inspection for your review. The facility appears to be operating in compliance. I have attached two forms that I discussed with Nick. One is the Certificate of Financial Responsibility(CoFR). A new form is to be completed with each insurance renewal. Fill out the form now, and when you renew next June you will have to complete another one, and so forth. The Release Detection Response Level (RDRL) form describes your release detection mechanisms. This form is to be kept with the monthly visual inspections for the lifetime of the tank system. It is to be fill out once, and does not need to be updated unless a form of release detection changes.
