Note: The facility has contacted Tallahassee and paid the fees to obtain 2007-2008 placard. Insurance: The facility has commerce and industry insurance. The effective dates of the policy are from 7/21/2006-7/21/2007. RDRL: The RDRL is good. The facility has a self-generated RDRL. Monthly visual/maintenance/release detection records: The records were reviewed from January 30, 2006 through April 30,2007. No comments were made. Tanks 1R1 and 1R2 are both single walled steel, vehicular diesel, ASTs within a concrete secondary containment. All of the associated piping is aboveground galvanized steel. All of the piping is located within the secondary containment. There are two dispensers present. There is one dispenser for each tank. The primary form of overfill protection is the secondary containment. The primary form of release detection is monthly visual inspections. Both tanks are in good condition. The piping is in good condition. The tanks and piping are both free from corrosion. The secondary containment is in good condition. There are no cracks or holes. The facility will need to repaint the secondary containment prior to returning the tanks to service. The drain valve is closed and locked. The dispensers are located within secondary containment and are in good condition. The tanks are both empty. The facility has been advised about placing both storage tanks temporarily out of service. Rochester fuel level sight gauge also present. - Aboveground, single walled flexible supply and return lines run directly from the tank to the generator above: appeared to be in good condition. -Anti-siphon valve not required for this system; system does not produce a gravity head. -Minor rust noted inside generator housing. EPC recommends closely monitoring the area and making repairs to prevent further corrosion when necessary. -Tank exterior: appeared in good condition - Electrical grounding present. No obvious signs of leakage noted. | Description: | The amount of product removed from these tanks by Cliff Berry Corporation in unknown. The disposal manifest for product was submitted to EPC, however, it also includes product removed from non-regulated ASTs and ASTs at the adjacent Budget site as well. The total amount of product disposed of was 1,790 gallons between the two sites. Aboveground piping for both tanks ran through the garage bays. EPC representative was not on site for the removal of the tank to determine the integrity of the piping, however, no problems have been noted in previous compliance inspections. Records: -Financial Responsibility: AIG 04/12/2016-04/12/2017. -Certificate of Financial Responsibility present. -Monthly logs for the (2) ASTs provided for 01/06/2015-01/05/2016 and included: Visual inspections of the storage tank system and interstitial space.
