| Description: | The Veeder Root was operational without alarms. The PUL sump had liquid which from the previous rain event. This sump recieves a large storm water flow from the street and often is under water. This was an error created during the final grading of the parking lot. It was recommended that some form of barrier be installed or cutting out the sump cover and raising the sump lid above the existing grade so as to prevent storm water from directly impacting this sump. The facility constantly removes storm water from this sump despite the sump lid being secure. | ||||||||||
