Reportedly they had already contracted with Guardian but they were waiting on parts before they could complete all repairs. Personnel were requesting an extension on their enforcement referral, however, they were told per guidance from district personnel an extension is generally not given for enforcement cases and the case would be referred per normal timeframes.
