Also, neither an Incident Notification Form (INF) nor investigation results were provided to the Department regarding the penetration failures to determine if a discharge to the environment could have occurred due to the failures. Therefore, per discussions with DEP, the facility is being referred for enforcement proceedings. Per discussions with Leslie Pedigo, DEP already has all of Mr. William McKnight's contact information; therefore, a list of his contact information will not be included in the referral. However, the following documentation is being attached; 1) Polk County Property Appraiser documentation including site map; 2) Special Warranty Deed for the property; 3) Sunbiz information for the property owner (Coastal Acquisitions, Inc.) as documented in the property appraiser documentation; 4) Sunbiz information for the property owner (Automated Petroleum and Energy Company, Incorporated) as documented in FIRST, and; 5) Copies of the referral letters to Mr. McKnight under both businesses. | ||||||||||
